Wrote an email to an individual in this office about an upcoming trip and one week later had not had any response. Contacted the office and asked to speak with that individual. I was advised that she had left on a business trip two days prior. I was then advised that someone from that office would get in touch with me about my particular question. It is now 1 and 1/2 weeks later and I still have not heard from either person. I would consider this lack of communication less than below average customer service.
