Using the finest grains from Upstate New York's family farms, they collaborate with local distilleries and farmers to bring the unique taste of rural New York to the world.

Each bottle is infused with the essence of New Scotland's heritage and land.

The New Scotland Spirits Tasting Room

Located at 209 Lark Street is their Prohibition Era-styled speakeasy, which serves as their flagship, specializing in innovative cocktails crafted by top Capital District mixologists.

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the bar offers samples and flights of Helderberg Whiskies, gin, vodka, and other New York-made beverages.

Perfect for private events of up to 25 guests, their tasting room is a short walk from free parking available in the Albany County lot.
