An Innovative Learning Experience
Experience an inspiring learning environment at Woodland Hill Montessori School. At Woodland Hill, each child is regarded with profound respect and care. Each student experiences intellectual and academic success while developing independence, confidence, and a greater awareness of the global issues they will confront as citizens of the 21st century. One of the oldest Montessori schools in the nation, WHMS has served families in the Capital Region for almost 50 years. Today, WHMS serves 276 students from ages 18 months-14 years. The students come from seven counties (Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Schoharie, and Saratoga).
Combine Fun and Education This Summer
Woodland Hill Montessori School offers nine one-week summer camps to children ages 3 to 12. Campers can participate in a variety of activities designed to foster creativity, curiosity, and independence. Themes of the camp change weekly and include options like 'Mad Scientists', 'Backyard Athletes', 'Little Picassos,' and more. The camp is open to both current and new students, as well as non-students in the Capital Region.
