Evans Brewing Company at the Albany Pump Station, seems a bit wordy. The family of Cornelius H. Evans, proprietor, owned the original C.H. Evans Brewing Company. “Albany Pump Station” denotes the historic building which the microbrewery and restaurant reside. The full name, while quite descriptive, is also quite a mouthful. The name of the restaurant sounds Japanese, but they do not serve Japanese food. Nichi’s has gained a reputation for wonderful Italian-American cuisine. Wolf’s 1-11 serves everything from appetizers and complete dinner menu items to many late night offerings. A fun atmosphere with good food is always a terrific combo and Wolf 1-11 has it.
