West Coast Halibut with a soy ginger butter
\nIngredients:<\/b>
\nHalibut
\n 4-7 oz halibut fillets
\n 1 cup ground wasabi peas
\n 2 tablespoons Olive oil
\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Soy Ginger butter
\n1 tbs. chopped fresh ginger
\n1 tbs. honey
\n2 tbs. demi glace
\n 1\/4 tsp. sesame oil
\n 1\/2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
\n 2 tbs. soy sauce
\n 1\/3 cup butter
\n 1 Thai chili pepper (optional)<\/p>\n

Roasted Corn Salad
\n 10 oz. of French green beans
\n (blanched and chilled)
\n 1\/2 cup- sliced grape tomatoes
\n 1 cup roasted corn (3-4 ears)
\n 1 diced avocado
\n 1\/8 cup chopped scallions
\n 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
\n 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
\n 1 clove minced garlic
\n 1\/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
\n Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Directions<\/b>:
\nHalibut
\n Grind wasabi peas in food processor.
\n Place halibut in ground wasabi pea mixture, skin side up, & lightly press to coat the one side.
\n In a large non-stick saute pan heat olive oil.
\nPlace fish, wasabi side down, and lightly brown.
\nTurn fish after browning one side and finish cooking in a 350 degree oven 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.<\/p>\n

Soy Ginger butter
\n Place all ingredients except butter in a sauce pan and heat to a boil.
\nRemove from heat and whisk in butter.
\nAdd chopped Thai chili pepper as an option.<\/p>\n

Roasted Corn Salad
\n Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and allow to reach room temperature.
\nServe on crispy fried Tiger whiskers noodles as a base for the fish. (Asian wheat noodle)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
