Of course we have some resolutions for 2014! Walrath staff members shared these personal and professional goals for the new year:
“I want to fully learn this job inside and out – I love it! And of course, eat healthier and exercise.” – Christine
“I’m positive I ‘d be better of with getting things done in a more timely manner – I need to stop procrastinating!” – Jessica
“Become very familiar with the positions we are staffing and build relationships with clients, which will help improve my experience as an intern.” – Sarah
“I am going to take better care of myself healthwise.” – Meghan
“Pass the PHR exam this winter, and visit Greece for the first time!” – Deanna
As far as Renee’s resolutions, she plans to keep doing what she has been doing – staying at the top of the recruiting game. More networking, building close relationships, and extensive market research are all a part of her 2014.
As for me? I’ll continue to be creative, only I plan to up that factor quite a bit. I’m beginning to dabble in photography, and there’s always something new to learn in the world of social media. Write more, photograph more, create more – that’s Stephanie in 2014. Oh, and of course, continue to survive as the mother of a 4 month old baby boy who is already trying to crawl and talk! So help me…
