We are rallying together to support Rafi Topalian, the beloved owner of Top Custom Jewelers, known as Rafi The Singing Jeweler, who recently experienced a devastating robbery that resulted in the loss of his life savings and cherished family heirlooms. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this crime, recovering these losses is nearly impossible.

For over 25 years, Rafi has been a respected Deacon and choir director at St. Peter Armenian Church, dedicating his life to uplifting the community. He has actively participated in numerous civic events throughout the greater Capital Region, including Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies, and events honoring Blue Star and Gold Star mothers.

Alongside his wife Marianne and daughter Sarah, Rafi has poured his heart into charitable organizations, organizing and participating in various community events. Despite this difficult time, Rafi remains steadfast in his faith. He is determined to donate any recovered funds to charitable causes.

Now, it’s our turn to give back to a man who has given so much. Friends, neighbors, and loyal customers are coming together to support the Topalian family as they navigate this challenging journey. Rafi deeply appreciates the overwhelming kindness and support from the community over the past 30 years and is eager to continue offering their jewelry services, including custom designs and repairs.
