The Capital of New York State Black Expo will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at MVP Arena in Albany.

STANDARD VENDORS TABLES ELECTRICITY, PORTER SERVICE & DEDICATED INTERNET AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL FEE. $189 = Concourse Level (8’x8’) $300 = Standard Booth (8’x8’) $500 = Deluxe Booth (10’x10’) $2,000 = Premium Booth (10’x10’) $3,500 = Premium Section (10’x10’) FOOD VENDORS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED. Standard (20’x10’) • 2 Spaces Available Food Trucks (20’x10’) • 2 Spaces Available Food Permit Needed: It is recommended that a temporary food service operator contact the local/state health department at least 3-4 weeks before the event to review the requirements and to allow adequate processing and issuing time for a temporary food service establishment permit application.
