About this event
The tremendously popular Empire State Plaza Ice Rink in Albany will be open to the public throughout the 2024-2025 winter season.
Rentals are available whenever the rink is open and cost $5. A photo ID is required to rent skates. Skate sizes range from child size 8 to adult size 15, subject to availability.
Every Saturday is Hannaford Free Skate Rental Saturday courtesy of Hannaford Supermarkets. Amenities include 25 cent locker rentals and refreshments in the glass pavilion adjacent to the rink.
2024-2025 Regular Hours of Operation:
- Tuesday - Sunday, 10am-6pm
Special Hours for December 26th through January 1st:
- 10am-12pm
- 1pm-3pm
- 4pm-6pm
The ice rink hours are subject to weather conditions.
