About this event
The Gluten Free Bao Company and Arthur’s 1795 Market will be holding a one day pop up event on September 27th. Join us to try our gluten free baos, which we will be serving with some of our favorite fillings!
MENU:
$6 per bao, or 3 for $15
Classic Gua Bao: braised pork belly, pickles, scallions, hoisin, sriracha
HMS Bao-nty: triple flash fried fish, Sichuan chili oil, scallions
Ma-Bao Tofu (vegetarian): crispy tofu, mapo tofu sauce, scallions
Fried Bao-nuts: deep fried bao “donuts", cinnamon sugar, miso caramel
We'll also be selling our 6-packs of bao buns to take home for $12 each, or 2 for $22.
