“The Voracious Eye,” curated by artist Joan Grubin and featuring Molly Heron, Nancy Shaver & Wolf, Ilene Sunshine, Christopher Werner, and Allan Wexler. The exhibition features five discrete installations from these artists that contemplate the human drive to collect, organize, and project meaning onto objects.

- FRI Nov. 1 FIRST FRIDAY, Reception 5:30 to 7:30pm. In conjunction with the Russell Sage Department of Visual and Performing Arts’ Fire Night. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM, students and faculty from the Department of Visual & Performing Arts at Russell Sage College will present the 7th Annual Fire Night outside the gallery on the Albany campus. The event will include a demonstration of raku firing, a Japanese ceramics technique, and 3-story animation projects shown on the outside of Froman Hall.
- THU Nov. 21 at 7pm Stage & Stanza, hosted by Carol Durant. Conversations with regional creatives.
- FRI Dec. 6 FIRST FRIDAY, Gallery open until 8pm
- SAT Dec. 7 at 2pm, Conversation and closing reception with The Voracious Eye curator and artists
