LinkedIn’s job service allows an easier way for potential employees to apply for jobs more efficiently. One of the problems I hear from a lot of potential employees is how difficult it is to navigate company websites and especially the job application area. Personally, from past experience, I was always bothered with how I had to reenter all of my contact information and prior jobs each and every time I went to similar job boards for different companies.
As a company looking to higher high talented work quickly, it’s a no-brainer to use a service like LinkedIn that encourages employees to spend more time selling themselves in a cover letter and less time re-entering data that has already been entered elsewhere.
