Many companies offer additional benefits in the form of tuition reimbursement to their employees to keep them at the top of their game. However, this may be cost prohibitive to the small business owner. There are, however, a multitude of options that will allow companies to continually train their employees and ensure that they are on the cutting edge of the industry.
Whether it is allowing employees time to study while at work, or providing web-based or print-based training resources on-site, companies can do quite a bit in an affordable way to continually train their employees.
