Once again, it was a magical experience attending the Walt Disney World College Program presentation at Schenectady County Community College. If you weren’t able to attend, remember to visit the College Program website to participate in the E-Presentation.
In 1994, Disney came to UMass and I interviewed and was selected to work at Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort. The experience was amazing; learning from Disney leader, working with guests to make their vacations memorable, and meeting friends who have become lifetime friends from all over the world.
The great thing about the Disney name on your resume is how often it becomes a conversation piece during interviews. Secondly, those who participate in the College Program have the ability to apply to return in a similar capacity or for advanced internships that are often exclusive to College Program Alumni.
Spend an hour viewing the E-Presentation. You will be glad you did!
