Do you take the time at the beginning of your day to plan out your day? Better yet, do you take a few minutes at the end of the day to reflect and leave the worries of the day behind.
Sometimes, the best time management practices are those that start and end elements of the work we are doing. Some of the best advice I have read and taken over the years has come from those who succeed because of their ability to map out, execute, reflect, and then leave behind the efforts of each day and continuing on in the morning refreshed and recharged.
Tonight, take a few minutes like I will to look back on today’s accomplishments, what needs to be the focus tomorrow, and sleep well knowing a New Day Resolution can easily be achieved, where a New Year’s Resolution may have to wait until next year.
