The Rock inspired me to return to Apple. After being in the WWE, The Rock left to be successful on his own in movies. However, he returned part-time last year after 7 years away, and I saw the look in his eyes and the way he talked when he came back – he really felt at home.
My business has been a great success and has grown every year. I now have 20 college interns and amazing clients and freelancers. However, there was something missing – I missed the thrill of seeing the looks on faces, the lives changed, and the memories made when working with people at The Apple Store. It was an amazing experience to be a part of, and despite being part of a program called the Apple Consultants Network for the last 7 years, I felt that drive for more.
To be back home at Apple part-time after 7 years away and still running Braathe Enterprises, the only words I can think of – it is an honor and a privilege to be back!!!!
