I’ve been curious lately about body language and the impact it has on performance, confidence, and general feelings of completeness. In doing some research online, I discovered that those who practice good posture, an open stance, and a series of exercises and activities designed to improve confidence are more successful in job interviews and engaging audiences.
On Ted.com, it is stated that “Amy Cuddy’s research on body language reveals that we can change other people’s perceptions — and even our own body chemistry — simply by changing body positions.”
