Colleges have alumni associations. Why don’t companies?
At Braathe Enterprises, we have an alumni association. Any intern who works with us that wishes to stay connected always has a home here; whether it be for career advice, collaborating on a new project or just to stay connected, we thrive because we love our alumni.
Much like the New York Yankees with their Old Timer’s Day, and the WWE with their Old School Raw, it is important to honor those who have made you who you are today.
It was great watching and seeing superstars of the past like Rikishi, Too Cool and Ted Dibiase interact with the stars of today.
What can you do in your organization to give the stars of today the opportunity to work with the stars from the past?
