I saw this sign the other day as I was pushing Colt’s stroller in the Crossgates Mall in Albany. I have to admit, now that I’m a parent, I’m much more conscious of being near cigarette smoke. B.C. (before Colt) I would never sit in a smoking section at a restaurant (do they still have those?), but I had no problems if nearby smokers weren’t affecting me.
Now that I’m a parent, it’s a different story. There’s nothing worse than rolling your child in his stroller out the door into a giant cloud of stinky smoke! A big “THANK YOU” from this new mom to the folks at Crossgates Mall for making the decision to go tobacco free!
