LATHAM NY — Filet 7 West, a new fine dining steakhouse in Latham NY, opened on April 27, 2008. The new restaurant is located just off exit 6 of the Northway at 611 Troy Schenectady Road, in the heart of Latham.
Chef Jereme Keough offers Contemporary American Cuisine with a fusion of European tastes specializing In prime and dry-aged steaks and chops.
Contemporary meets casual at Filet 7 West. Mahogany doors, a Turkish marble floor and a custom floor-to-ceiling waterfall welcome guests.
Private dining for 16 guests is also available.
