This seasonal camp sits on a quiet, dead end street in the quaint Adirondack Village of Speculator, just steps from the snowmobile trails and Oak Mountain Ski Center. Conveniently located near the village center where you will find shopping, dining, public beach and other necessities yet far enough removed to afford privacy. Camp of the Woods is less than a mile away. While not fully winterized, the current owners have used the camp during the colder winter months. Many improvement have recently been made, including some excavation and drainage work, updated plumbing and a new water heater and a new front door. Cabin will come partially furnished.
